Background

Agata Surmiak studied law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław between 2016 and 2021. As part of the Erasmus+ program, she spent a semester at Humbolt University in Berlin, where she studied in German, among other things, issues of civil and international law.

As of January 2022, she is serving his apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Wrocław.

She has gained experience in the legal industry already during her studies at the law firm in Wrocław and during internships and apprenticeships.

Agata Surmiak has been cooperating with the law firm SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since November 2021. In the firm she is a member of the Corporate Law and M&A team.
