Gonzalo Fernández Zarapico
Gonzalo Fernández Zarapico joined the team of Lozano Schindhelm in 2017.
He graduated in law from the University of Antonio de Nebrija in Madrid in 2010 and a member of the local bar association ever since. Subsequently, he completed numerous training courses, i.a. postgraduate studies in commercial contracts of the Law School at tue University Complutense in Madrid and further training of the Madrid Bar Association for specialists in commercial law.
In 2011 he received a Leonardo scholarship for an exchange of professionals from the Bar Associations of Madrid and Frankfurt a.M.
Before joining Lozano Schindhelm, Gonzalo Fernández Zarapico has worked for various international law firms in Germany and Spain.
Gonzalo Fernández Zarapico advises national and international private clients and companies in the field of litigation and corporate law. He specializes in advising the advisory boards and shareholders, as well as in the litigation in this area.
Doing so, the focus of his work is on the drafting of commercial contracts (whether on national or international level) and on the resolution of commercial disputes before the arbitral tribunal or ordinary courts.
Gonzalo Fernández Zarapico also has a vast experience in various specific areas of commercial law, such as distribution, agency and franchise agreements, the restructuring of companies, changes in their legal form, acquisition of companies (asset and share deals), mergers, etc.
He also specializes in bankruptcy and commercial criminal law.
