Inés García completed her law and political science studies at the University of Valencia in 2013. She spent a year at the University of Rouen, France, within the Erasmus-scholarship. She participated in an exchange programme with the University of Salamanca in 2011.
Since 2013, she works at Lozano Schindhelm.
Inés García advises both domestic and foreign private individuals and companies with inheritance administration and distribution, drawing up of wills, as well as asset transfers. Likewise, she carries out tax calculations and settlements with regard to wealth management and transfer issues. Furthermore, she possesses extensive knowledge in different aspects of international family law and in the field of matrimonial regimes.
She is widely experienced in dealing with issues concerning public and administrative law, with consequences on town-planning, cadastral, land registry related and environmental aspects, as well as on the field of labour law.
Primarily, she designs and formulates models of asset transfer aimed at the purchase or acquisition of goods, whether movable or immovable, by both domestic and foreign private individuals and companies.
In addition to the abovementioned, she has a broad experience in consultancy in connection with commercial and civil matters relating to the drafting and analytical examination of all types of contracts (purchase and sale, mortgages, rentals…).
Inés García is a member of the Spanish-German Association of Jurists. She is head of our office in Denia.
