Carla Moyano studied law and political science and public administration at the University of Valencia.

She did her internship in our firm and gained professional experience in London, England, during 2016.

Later, she studied the Master's degree in Legal Practice at the University of Valencia and joined the Bar Association of Valencia in 2020.

Currently she is completing a Master's degree in Maritime Law and Economic-Strategic Management of the Maritime-Port Company at the Catholic University of Valencia.

Expertise

Carla Moyano supports our working groups, which advise both national and foreign private individuals in the field of civil and real estate law, as well as on inheritance administration and distribution.

In the area of wealth management, she has participated in advising on civil matters as well as in the preparation of all types of contracts (purchase and sale, loans, mortgages...).

She specializes in public and administrative law with consequences on town-planning and cadastral aspects. She also has in-depth knowledge of Civil and Public Procedure Law.
