New partner Axel Roth

Lozano Schindhelm is pleased to have gained the German and Spanish lawyer Axel Roth as a new partner.

Axel Roth specialises in advising international companies in Spain, especially from German-speaking countries or with interests in these countries. He is a member of the Nuremberg Bar Association as a German lawyer and the Barcelona Bar Association as a Spanish lawyer.

After several years as an in-house lawyer in a German company and in various renowned law firms in Barcelona, he joined Lozano Schindhelm with the aim of strengthening the corporate department of the firm and increasing its presence in the capital of Catalonia..

Axel Roth advises international companies based in Spain as well as Spanish companies abroad in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and transportation law. In addition, he advises on commercial contracts and comercial distribution in German, Spanish, English and French.
