Incorporation of Dr. Isabell Büschel as Of Counsel

Lozano Schindhelm has incorporated Dr. Isabell Büschel as Of Counsel in its office based in Madrid.

Isabell Büschel studied Law at the Universities of Cologne and Aix-Marseille, where she obtained her doctorate degree with a thesis on European Union law.

Isabell Büschel is specialized in advising clients operating in Europe, mainly in the areas of public and European Union law, in matters related to the protection of environment and health, as well as in issues related to energy, transport and infrastructure. Isabell Büschel lectures and publishes in specialized magazines on a regular basis. She is co-author of several studies commissioned by the European institutions (EU Parliament, Commission).

Since 2014 Isabell Büschel works as a consultant in environmental, energy and transport law (Madrid and Brussels). She is a member of the Franco-German Lawyers’ Association and the Coalition for Higher Ambition, an institution supported by the European Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (eceee).
