Mercedes Aguado holds a degree in Law and Counsel for Business Enterprises from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE), as well as LL.M. in private international law from the Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg im Breisgau. In turn, she is a graduate in canonical matrimonial law from the Universidad CEU Madrid.

She has over twenty years of experience advising national and international companies and private clients in corporate law, private international law and civil law. Mercedes Aguado is a founding partner of the prestigious law firm Advocatia Abogados, where she has developed a great part of her professional career. She has earned a solid reputation in the international legal advice of individuals and companies, which has undoubtedly contributed to her language skills such as English, German and Italian.
