New colleague Sonja Willner

Lozano Schindhelm welcomes lawyer Sonja Willner as new partner and new head of the Palma de Mallorca office.

After studying law at the Universities of Passau and Santiago de Compostela, Sonja Willner worked for many years in various internationally active law firms in Germany and Spain, most recently leading the German Desk of a prestigious Mallorcan law firm.

Sonja Willner is admitted to practice law in both countries as a lawyer and Abogada and a sworn translator for Spanish by the Higher Regional Court Dusseldorf.

She has lives and worked in Mallorca for many years and is therefore an expert for the local market. She advises domestic and foreign private clients and companies, in particular on cross-border issues. Her clients benefit from her expertise in international private law. Even in the sensitive area of family and inheritance law, her experience helps to find the best solution for your individual situation. Another area of specialization is real estate law, an area in which her knowledge of the real estate market in the Balearic Islands is of particular value. She also has years of experience in corporate law and M & A transactions in the tourism sector. She is a member of the German-Spanish, German-Nordic and Austrian-Spanish Lawyers Association.

With the entry of Sonja Willner as a new partner begins for the firm at the same time a new chapter in Mallorca. As the new head of the office in Palma, which is particularly important for our German clients, Sonja Willner is now the face of Lozano Schindhelm on the island. Our partner Dr. Moritz Tauschwitz, who has built up the office over the past three years and successfully launched the Lozano Schindhelm brand on the island, will in the future increasingly focus on mandates on the mainland.

"With Sonja Willner, we were able to win a very experienced and respected German colleague in Mallorca for us and we are looking forward to working together", says Managing Partner Fernando Lozano.

Lozano Schindhelm welcomes Sonja Willner as a new partner in the office in Palma. With her entry, the law firm gains a leading expert in German-Spanish legal relations and especially for the Balearic Islands and strengthens its international team of professionals with a lawyer of enormous value.
