Seminar on compliance

Fernando Lozano, managing partner of Lozano Schindhelm and Unai Mieza, head of our office in Bilbao, held a seminar on 20.11.2017 in the Automotive Intelligence Center of ACICAE, the Basque cluster of the automotive industry.

The well-attended seminar explained as practical as possible what exactly is understood by compliance, the appropriate legal framework and how this is implemented by the courts. The central actors and tools of a compliance management system and their role in the implementation of the relevant regulations were examined.
