Andrea Quiles studied law and business administration at the University of Valencia. Between 2011-2012 she studied with an Erasmus scholarship at the Georg-August-University in Göttingen. In 2016 she completed a certificate in German law at the Humboldt-Universität Berlin.
Andrea Quiles has been working as a lawyer in a German-Spanish law firm in Berlin since 2014, before she joined Lozano Schindhelm.
Andrea Quiles specializes in international inheritance law and real estate law. She advises our clients on all aspects of asset transfers, both in legal and tax matters. In addition to hereditary inheritance matters, her expertise also includes donations and estate planning for natural and legal persons.
Andrea Quiles has extensive practical experience with the tax consequences of estate design, real estate law, marital property law as well as corporate and commercial law, both for tax-resident and non-resident clients. A further focus of her work is the preparation and review of civil and commercial contracts. She is member of the Compliance team.
