Background
Elena Stern first studied law in her native country, Ucraine, and then she achieved a law degree at the Philipps University of Marburg in Germany with the field of interest in International Private and Corporate Law.
She completed her legal internship at the Courts of Federal State of Hessen and also in our firm.
Later she worked for a renowned law firm in the Costa Blanca area (Alicante) and became part of Lozano Schindhelm in September 2016.

Elena Stern advises domestic and foreign clients in the areas of Civil and Public Law. One of her expertise fields is planning and completion of patrimony transmissions, whether still in life or on the basis of a concrete designing of your, including its resulting fiscal consequences. She is also specialized in the resolution of legal cases with urban and/or environmental implications.
Moreover, she has wide experience in the area of Immigration Law and especially with the application procedures for residence permits and investor visas for Non EU-nationals.
