Claudia Cascant completed her Business Administration and Law at the University of Valencia (2007-20013). As a result from a grant spent she one semester at the Johannes Kepler University (Linz). In 2014 she achieved a Master’s degree in Tax Law and Tax Consultancy at the Financial Studies Center (CEF).
Since 2013 she works in the tax department at Lozano Schindhelm.
Claudia Cascant specializes in tax advice for individuals and companies, as well as on planning operations, tax optimization and on the design of tax strategies, and, generally, on all aspects of tax law that regard companies and individuals established in Spain and abroad.
Claudia Cascant advises in issues of national and international tax planning, assuming the tax representation, e.g. making tax requests or attending tax inspections. Furthermore, she has wide experience in tax and administrative procedural issues.
Claudia Cascant is author of numerous specialized publications on tax issues. She is member of the Spanish-German Association of Jurists.
