Background
Moritz Tauschwitz studied law at the Universities of Freiburg im Breisgau and Geneva. He completed his legal internship at the Kammergericht of Berlin. He worked as a fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in Freiburg, where he did his doctoral studies in cooperation with the University of Valencia.
He works for Lozano, Hilgers & Partner SLP since 2014.

Moritz Tauschwitz advises clients from the European area primarily with regard to Real Estate and inheritance law, as well as with issues relating to asset transfers, estate succession and company succession, including its resulting fiscal consequences. In this connection, he attends to the preparation and examination of all types of contracts, whether private written or notarised. He is also sepcialized in corporate crima. According to his thorough knowledge in this field, he also provides comprehensive advice for clients in the area of sports law.
Furthermore, he advises Spanish and foreign companies in connection with contractual and corporate law, as well as financing possibilities.
